Service Policy

Parakkat always ready at service for the products purchased from The service of the product is varying to type of the product. All services are done only at the head office. So, we took 30 days’ time for service a product. The service cost is decided as per the warranty conditions applicable to the purchased product and we inform the service charges prior to the customer. The service process starts only with the conformation of the customer. Soft or hard copy of bill and warranty paper is mandatory. All the grievances are handling gently with the supervisions of head office. Parakkat provide service only for the products purchased from own managed showrooms or website.     

 Procedure for Service the product that purchased from Parakkat is visit our nearest showroom and give the product to parakkat’s sales executive. Clearly communicate the discrepancy with the sales executive.  Then the sales executive provides the service job card print out with company seal. The charges will be mentioned in the job card. From there we take care of it and contact you back after once its all service finished or if any difficulties occur for doing service will inform the customer as soon as possible.

After the service, head office will dispatch the product to respective shop and inform the customer for collection. All the payments can do at the showroom and collect the serviced product. The free service can do only one time before completing two years of purchase. After two years, there will be no free service. Then product not subjected for service. Either the product can exchange or can buyback.

PR model Buy Back Policy

 All the products that purchased from Parakkat are possible for buy back at own managed showrooms. This policy doesn’t mean the cash refund. The customer can buy new ornaments buy trading the old ornaments. So, it helps customers can use fresh and new designs according to trends. The buyback amount will clearly be mentioned in the warranty paper. Hard or soft copy of bill and warranty paper is mandatory for buy back.

By using this policy, customers can save a little amount of money. Because, normally this type products are not have resell value. So, people kept all these types of products at any corner of self for a long time after few years of usage. Because, the model may out of fashion or size may not fit for them. Commonly it has some minute damages. So, first time in the history of imitation ornaments, Parakkat has introduce the Buyback warranty for its premium model product category which is PR model category.     

Billing Policy

All invoices are billed as per the Goods and Services Act 2017 of India.

We do not generate credit bills.

There are three copies are generated at the time of billing.

We accept the payment modes like cash, debit and credit card, UPI.

No additional charges for swiping the card.

A soft copy of invoice will send through mail after receiving the payment.

We accept the cheque payments if it meets the conditions assigned by the management.

The payment only refunds as per the order Cancellation Policy.
